Preparing for SATs and the 11+ exams can be a stressful time, but with the right support, children can approach these tests with confidence. I provide targeted tutoring that develops key skills, exam techniques, and practice to help children perform at their best; ensuring each student feels well-prepared and supported throughout their preparation.
KS3 & GCSE & A-LEVEL
KS3 and GCSE are key academic milestones that shape a student’s academic future. I offer personalised tutoring that identifies and addresses learning gaps, reinforces existing knowledge, and strengthens exam techniques. EARLY LITERACY & PRIMARY
At this stage, it’s all about developing the building blocks of reading and writing. I support children in phonics, spelling, reading fluency, and early writing skills through engaging activities that encourage curiosity and enjoyment. My goal is to help young learners feel confident and capable as they develop essential language foundations.
SATS & 11+
English SATs and 11+ assessments demand strong comprehension and writing abilities. We provide focused support to help students analyse texts, express their ideas clearly, and write with purpose. With guided practice and personalised feedback, I help each learner approach their exams with confidence and clarity.
KS3 & GCSE & A-LEVEL
Students need to analyse more complex texts and write with greater sophistication. Our tutoring covers literature (including poetry, plays, and novels), analytical essay writing, language techniques, and exam strategies. We help students understand how to construct arguments, interpret language, and express themselves effectively.
